Subscription Terms & Conditions

When will I get charged?
You will be charged monthly for the duration of your subscription. Your initial payment will go through on the day you sign up. Subsequent payments will be billed the first week of the month.

When will my macarons arrive? 
Your first subscription box of macarons will be shipped/ready for pickup on the next available shipping/pickup date after your order is received. Your following orders will ship/be ready for pickup the first week of the following month (you will receive an email and instructions!)

Can I cancel my subscription? 
Our 3 month subscriptions cannot be cancelled; however, they can be put on hold or skip a month. Our 6 & 12 month subscriptions can be cancelled after your 3rd month. 

I'm going on holidays, can I put my subscription on hold? 
You sure can. Head to your subscription portal to skip a month or put your order on hold.

Is shipping included in the price? 
The shipping cost is not included in the base price of the box. 
Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

What are your local pickup hours and where are you located? 
Local Pick-up (11486 Winterburn Rd NW, Edmonton, Alberta)

  • Mondays: 9am-4:30pm
  • Tuesdays: 9am-4:30pm 
  • Wednesdays: 9am-4:30pm
  • Thursdays: 9am-7:00pm
  • Friday: 9am-4:30pm 
  • Saturdays: CLOSED
  • Sundays: CLOSED

What time will my local courier order arrive by? 
Local courier orders can arrive anytime between 9:00-4:30pm on our specified delivery date. Please ensure your address is entered correctly upon checkout and that someone is available to receive the macarons on the delivery date. If no one is available they will be left in a location deemed safe by the courier and Sweetness is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once we have safely dropped the package off. 

If you are ordering to an office, please be sure to let us know if you are closed during lunch hours. 

Can I change the flavours in my subscription box? 
Unfortunately we do not allow selection of flavours in our monthly boxes; however, if it is due to an allergy please contact us and we will make it work! 

Do you ship nationwide? 
We sure do! We ship 1-2 day express anywhere in Canada (except Nunavut & NFLD). 

How do you package and ship your macarons? 
Our macarons are packed in blister packs, heat sealed and placed inside insulated cooler bags with ice packs to ensure they stay cold on their journey. Once your macarons arrive the ice packs may be thawed, but don't fret, they will have done their job of keeping your macarons cold during transit!

Can I send them as a gift? 
Absolutely. Let us know the delivery address & name of who you are sending it to and this is the gift that keeps giving!

Do the flavours change each month? 
Yes! Each month will have a new assortment of unique flavours.

Are your macarons Gluten Free? 
YES, YES, YES! All of our macaron flavours are and will always be gluten free; however, they are manufactured in a facility that does contain gluten. We do our best to ensure there is no cross-contamination but do not guarantee anything.
