Refunds/Cancellations

We strive to provide all our customers with excellent customer service and a quality product. As our products require a lot of planning, time, stages and labour, we have a limited refund/cancellation policy.
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
For the purpose of the refunds listed below, business days are Monday-Friday.
Online “add to cart” orders:
  1. Any orders for pickup/ship out in 3-4 business days cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  1. Any orders cancelled 5 or 6 business days prior to the pickup/ship-out date will receive a 50% refund. So for instance, if you choose a delayed pickup/ship-out date of Friday December 16th, you would have to cancel your order on or before Friday December 9th.
  1. Any orders cancelled more than 7 business days prior to the pickup/ship-out date will receive a 100% refund. So for instance, if you choose a delayed pickup/ship-out date of Friday December 16th, you would have to cancel your order on or before Friday December 7th.


Custom Orders (any orders that you must contact us for and that are not “add to cart”)
As we are a custom bakery, we are limited as to the amount of orders we are able to fulfill on any given date. Once our dates are full, we do not accept any more orders for that day. If you cancel your order, we could potentially have turned away other business for that date and for this reason we have a limited refund policy.
  1. All orders under $250 require full payment at time of ordering.
  1. Orders over $250 require a 50% deposit to secure the order date. Full payment is due 14 business days prior to pickup or ship-out.
  1. Any orders cancelled 7 business days prior to pickup/ship out date will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  1. Any orders cancelled 8-13 business days prior to pickup/ship out date will receive a 50% refund. So for instance, if your pickup/ship out date is Friday December 16th, you would have to cancel your order on or before Thursday December 6th.
  1. Any orders cancelled more than 14 business days prior to pickup/ship out date will receive a 100% refund. So for instance, if your pickup/ship out date is Friday December 16th, you would have to cancel your order on or before Monday November 28th.
